Details
Received his professional training at Guy's and St Thomas's Hospitals, and practised at Llanfabon, Cardiff, where he was at first Medical Officer of Health. He was subsequently Surgeon to the Gelligaer Collieries, Medical Officer of part of the Gelligaer District of the Merthyr-Tydvil Union, Surgeon to Harris's Deep Naval Steam Coal Collieries, and Medical Referee to the Provincial Assurance Company. He was a Fellow of the Meteorological Society and a member of the British Medical Association. His death occurred at Llanfabon on December 20th, 1884.
