Details
Educated at Dublin and was at one time Surgeon to the Cloyne Dispensary District and Medical Superintendent of the Aghada Fever Hospital. He practised at Farside Villa, Rostellan, Co Cork, and was for many years Medical Officer to the Aghada Dispensary District, Surgeon to the Military and Government Prison, Fort Carlisle, and Surgeon and Agent to the Royal Naval Sick Quarters at Whitegate. At the time of his death he was also Medical Officer in charge of Troops at Fort Carlisle, and had relinquished his prison appointment. He died at Rostellan on April 6th, 1900.
