Victor Lobo was a consultant ENT surgeon in the Maidstone and Medway areas of Kent. He was educated at St George's College, Weybridge, and then studied medicine at St Mary's Hospital Medical School.
Victor Lobo died on 2 November 2008. He was survived by his wife Barbara, two children, Louise and Gavin, and four grandchildren (Charles, Jessica, Luke and Charlotte).
