Details:
Mohammad Fahim Siddiqui studied medicine at the Liaquat Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan and graduated MB, BS Sindh in 1966. He travelled to the UK and worked as a senior house officer in orthopaedics at the Coventry and Worcestershire Hospital. Following that he moved to the Walsgrave Hospital, Coventry as a registrar in general, urological, and vascular surgery and then joined the staff of the Victoria Hospital in Blackpool as a registrar specialising in cardiovascular surgery. He passed the fellowship of the college in 1974 and eventually was appointed chief of surgery at the Ash-Sharq Hospital in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. He was a member of the BMA. He died on 22 December 2019 aged 78.
