Details:
Glyn Burland was an oral surgeon at Coventry and Warwickshire Hospital. He was born on 16 February 1929, the son of John Henry Burland, a dentist who had served with the Royal Army Medical Corps during the First World War, and Annie J C Burland née Reiley.
Burland gained his fellowship of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1958 and became a consultant at Coventry.
He died on 28 May 2012 at the age of 83 and was survived by his widow Madeleine, his children and grandchildren.
