Details:
Michael Andrew Ford was an oral and maxillofacial surgeon from Chichester, West Sussex. He was born in Hove, Sussex on 19 April 1936, the son of Harry Leslie James Ford, a chartered architect, and Betty Aileen Ford née Hodges, a housewife. He studied dentistry in London and qualified in 1960. He went on to gain his fellowship of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1968.
In 1963 he married Brenda Rosemary Goddard. They had two sons, Nigel and Gregory. Ford died on 28 December 2018 in St Richard’s Hospital, Chichester. He was 82.
