Winthrop Bismark Jones was a dental surgeon who lived in Scarborough. He was born on 2 December 1930. He studied dentistry at Liverpool and qualified in 1963. He gained his fellowship of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1968. He was also a magistrate.
In 1962 he married Christine A Price in Liverpool. Jones died on 23 September 2018. He was 87.
