Mohamed Abdel-Moneim Moustafa Issa was a dental surgeon from Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. He was born on 21 August 1939. He qualified with a bachelor of dental surgery degree from the University of Alexandria, Egypt in 1961, became a fellow of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1968 and of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1969.
His last-known address was in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. He died on 9 December 2012 at the age of 73.
