Arthur William Rowe Williamson was born on 30 January 1925. He qualified in medicine from London University in 1948 and passed the fellowship of the college in 1953. He was appointed consultant surgeon to the Tunbridge Wells Health District.
He died on 26 August 2020, aged 95.
