Was in general practice at Llanelly, Carmarthenshire, where he died in 1859.

Resided at Hopwood Hall, Halifax, Yorkshire. He died on June 18th, 1861.

Practised at Canterbury about the year 1847, but is not included in the *Medical Directories* for many years afterwards. He died in or before 1872.

Educated at University College and Hospital, and practised at Newtown, Montgomeryshire, where he died on July 12th, 1872.

Practised at Hemel Hempstead and was Medical Officer to the Poor Law Union Workhouse. He died there on June 20th, 1876.

Practised for many years as a surgeon at 21 Norfolk Crescent, Hyde Park, W. He was a member of the Royal Medico-Chirurgical Society. His death was reported at the College early in 1880.

Educated at University College Hospital, and practised at Bradford, Yorkshire, where he was Surgeon to the Bradford Infirmary and a Certifying Factory Surgeon. He died on July 25th, 1882.

Received his professional training at St Bartholomew's Hospital, and practised at Lancaster, where he was for many years Surgeon to Lancaster Castle, including the County Gaol, Law Courts, etc. He died at Lancaster on June 5th, 1896.

Educated at University College. He practised at Woodford, Essex, in partnership with William George Groves, MRCS, and died there after his retirement, on September 29th, 1875.

Lived and practised at Ormskirk, Lancashire, residing at The Cottage, Burscough. He was at one time Honorary Surgeon to the Ormskirk Dispensary. JP for County Lancaster. He died on July 18th, 1878.

Educated at University College, London. He practised at West Butterwick, near Bawtry, Yorkshire, where he was Medical Officer of the Gainsborough Union. He then moved to West End Park, Harrogate, where he practised till the time of his death. He died on January 8th, 1889.

Practised successively at 4 Arthur Street, East London Bridge; at 19 Trinity Square, EC; and at 61 Lansdowne Road, Notting Hill, W, where he died in retirement on March 1st, 1892. He was the father of Frederick William Humphreys (qv).
