Educated at St Bartholomew's Hospital. He practised at 22 Circus, Bath, and latterly was Consulting Surgeon to the Bath Lying-in Charity. Removing late in life to Weymouth, he practised for a time at 7 Victoria Terrace, and after his retirement resided at Rodwell Lodge, where he died on February 1st
