Was at one time Surgeon to the Lincoln County Hospital, later Surgeon to the Leicester Infirmary and to the Leicestershire and Rutland Lunatic Asylum. He died on October 4th, 1861.

Studied at Guy's Hospital and at St Thomas's, and practised at 54 Newland, Lincoln, where he was Surgeon to the Lincoln County Hospital, to the Lunatic Asylum, and to the Dispensary. He died there on February 2nd, 1867.

Educated at St Bartholomew's Hospital, and later was Assistant Surgeon to the General Lying-in Hospital. Subsequently he practised at St Aubyn's Road, Jersey, where he died in 1880 or 1881.

Was Surgeon to the Stafford County Infirmary, and died in retirement at 93 Kingsdown Parade, Bristol, on May 21st, 1861. Publications:- Hughes wrote books on the "Natural Diversities of Man" and on "Consumption".

Was a surgeon in the Royal Navy in 1830. He died at his residence, 9 Park Road Terrace, Forest Hill, Sydenham, on October 1st, 1860.

Educated at Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospitals. He practised at Middleton by Wirksworth, Derbyshire, and at the time of his death was a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries, and President of the local Mechanic’s Institute. He died on February 7th, 1876.
