Born on Nov 29th, 1779, the younger son of John Seager, of Shirehampton, Gloucestershire. Practised as a Surgeon in Gloucester, where at one time he was Surgeon to the General Infirmary. He gave an address at Ealing in 1863. His death occurred at 11 Spa Walk, Gloucester, on November 29th, 1875.
