Details:
First practised at Burnham, Essex, where he was Medical Officer of the Burnham District of the Maldon Union and Admiralty Surgeon of the Burnham District. He retired before 1890, and came to live at 53 St Quintin's Avenue, North Kensington, where he died on August 21st, 1909.
