John Alex Stephen Green was a urological surgeon in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Born on 27 October 1916, he passed the fellowship of the college in 1946. He died on 1 September 2005 aged 88.

Mortimer Burdman was a general surgeon from New York. He was born in Brooklyn in the late 1920's and had a son by his first wife.
