Details:
Roger Bennett was a surgeon in British Columbia, Canada. He studied medicine at London University and the Westminster Hospital, qualifying MB, BS in 1968. After house jobs in the obstetrics department of the Westminster and in anaesthetics at Frenchay Hospital in Bristol, he moved to the Royal Marsden Hospital in London. He passed the fellowship of the college in 1972. Before moving to Canada he was a registrar in orthopaedics and surgery at the Royal Bedford Hospital. He was a member of the BMA.
He died on 20 February 2019 in Victoria, British Columbia.
