Practised in India, at Canton, and finally at Hong Kong, where he died on November 2nd, 1859.

Was at one time Visiting Surgeon to the Liverpool Dispensary. He afterwards practised at Wrexham, Denbighshire, where he was Surgeon to the Wrexham Infirmary and Dispensary. He died in March, 1862.

Educated at St George's Hospital, where he was House Surgeon. He practised at Leatherhead, and died on June 20th, 1879.

Educated at Guy's and St Thomas's Hospitals. He practised at Brixton Hill, and died there, after his retirement, on February 18th, 1886.

Practised at Warrington Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, where he was Medical Officer of the Union Hospital and of the District Infirmary, also Certifying Factory Surgeon. He died at Ashton-under-Lyne on May 2nd, 1871.

Studied at St Bartholomew's Hospital and practised at Market Street, Cambridge, where he was Surgeon to Addenbrooke's Hospital and to the Gaol. He died on November 3rd, 1875.

Was at one time Surgeon to the Darlington Dispensary and afterwards practised at 1 Trafalgar Place, West Hackney Road, London, NE, where he died on June 11th, 1859. He was a member of the Hunterian and Sydenham Societies.

Practised at 12 Mount Place, Whitechapel Road, London, where he was Surgeon-Accoucheur to the Royal Maternity Charity and Tower Hamlets Dispensary. Continuing this post to the year 1855 he was in partnership with Dr Charles Henry Payne at Union Villa, High Street, Camberwell, Payne living at Mount P

Studied at St Thomas's Hospital, and practised at 7 Claremont Place, North Brixton. He was Surgeon to the Brixton District of Lambeth Parish. Later he practised at Fernlea, Surbiton Hill, where he died on May 15th, 1876.

Educated at University College; he practised first at Louth, Lincolnshire, where he was Surgeon to the General Dispensary, and then at Lillington, Leamington, where he died at his residence, Vor Lodge, on June 30th, 1880. A William Blathwayt was a well-known politician in the time of William III.

Studied at St Thomas's Hospital, and practised at 40 Quay Street, Newport, Isle of Wight. He was Surgeon to the Royal Isle of Wight Infirmary, to Parkhurst Prison, and to the Isle of Wight Artillery Regiment of Militia. In 1859 he was elected an Alderman of the Borough. He died on October 7th, 1886.

Studied at Guy's Hospital and practised at Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, next at Uckfield, Sussex, again at Stanford-le-Hope about 1850, and became Medical Officer of the first District of the Orsett Union. In 1853 he was practising at 14 Buckingham Place, Brighton. After that he was Medical Superintende
