Details:
Shevket Chaglar H Tahsin graduated MB ChB from the University of Bristol in 1962 and worked there as a demonstrator in anatomy. He then held posts as surgical registrar to the Mile End and Poplar Hospitals in London, obtaining his Fellowship of the College in 1962. He moved to Canada where he joined the staff of the Mount St Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, and the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Centre. He died on 17 August 1977 aged 38, survived by his wife Sonja and daughters Bettina and Nicola.
