John Graham Buckley was consultant in head and neck surgery to the Leeds General Infirmary when he died of a brain tumour on 3 August 2001, aged 41. He trained in Birmingham and passed his FRCS in 1989. When he died, he and his wife were living in Wetherby, Yorks.
