Practised at Chaddesley-Corbett, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, later at 41 Brunswick Street, Leamington. He was at one time Surgeon Major in the Militia, and died in or before 1890.

Practised at Turnham Green, Middlesex (Leigh & Son, Annandale House). At the time of his death he was Surgeon to the Chiswick Dispensary. He died on May 8th, 1876.
