Practised at 51 Grosvenor Square, Stalybridge, Cheshire, where he died on July 1st, 1869.

Entered St George's Hospital as a perpetual pupil to Caesar Hawkins on Sept 30th, 1831. He was in practice at Winchester in 1845, after which he emigrated to Australia, and in 1881 was in practice at South Yarra, Melbourne. The date of his death is not known.
