Henry Lorenz Eaton was a surgeon who lived in Western Australia. He gained his FRCS in 1963. He died in 2011.

Anthony Higham was a surgeon from Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire. He studied medicine at Manchester University graduating MB ChB in 1962. Five years later, in 1967, he passed the fellowship of the college and of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He died in 2013.

Rasiklal Shivlal Devi's last known address was in Vadnagar, north Gujarat, India. Devi gained the FRCS in 1966 and died on 3 September 2013.
