The son of Charles Lestourgeon and was born at Edmonton, Middlesex. He was educated at Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and at the age of 16 was admitted a pensioner at Trinity College, Cambridge, on May 21st, 1824. He was elected a scholar of the College in 1827, and graduated BA as 15th Wrangler in 1828,

Surgeon to the General Hospital, Nottingham, and to the County Gaol. He went to Jersey about 1863 and practised for many years at St Brelade's. He died before 1891. Born at Hopton, in Suffolk, on August 7th, 1809, the only son of Samuel Webber (d 1822), surgeon of that place and Colonel Commandant of the Blackwater Volunteers. He studied at Guy's and St Thomas's Hospitals and in Paris. He then assisted Samuel Randall, of Orford, Suffolk, and was appointed Surge
