Anthony Higham was a surgeon from Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire. He studied medicine at Manchester University graduating MB ChB in 1962. Five years later, in 1967, he passed the fellowship of the college and of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He died in 2013.

Maitreyee Chaudhuri was born on 19 May 1910 and died on 6 June 2010, at the age of 100. She gained her FRCS in 1947.

Neal Hamilton Masters was a general surgeon who lived and worked in Johannesburg, South Africa. He gained his FRCS in 1970. He died on 5 July 2013.
