Alexander Wright, of Norton Sheffield, apparently as a student, wrote an essay entitled, "An Essay on the Influence of Air and Soil as Affecting Health" (8vo, Birmingham, 1836), dedicated to Dr Arnold of Rugby as "The Patron of Youthful Merit". He died at Boerne, Texas, on July 28th, 1864.
