Studied at Guy's and St Thomas's Hospitals. At one time he was Surgeon to the Military College, Addiscombe, and practised in Croydon, where he published his pamphlets. He retired in 1861 and resided at 32 Holland Villas Road, Kensington, where he died on June 16th, 1878.
